The Service
Stockworm Capital Management, LLC (SCM) manages client portfolios using computerized investing techniques which are under constant development. After discussing the needs of each client, SCM will develop a customized computer model for the client and will extensively test and refine the model using historical simulations. Each client opens an account with E*TRADE and provides SCM with authorization to trade the account. SCM will then apply the model to the individual client's portfolio by executing trades dictated by the computer model on a daily basis. The model will be refined over time as dictated by ongoing research into new investment models.
Stockworm Capital Management provides account reports on a quarterly basis and bills on the same schedule. The annual management fee is 2.5% of assets under management.
Our minimum investment is $25,000, assuming that we see a good match between the client’s needs and our service.
